POST

His Plans, My Plans

Kathy finished uni at a pretty young age.She graduated, and went to further her studies with big dreams and aspirations in her heart. She completed the higher degree, even got some added certifications. She got job offers, but the offers were not all that great in comparison to her qualifications.

She got a job with a company that did not pay her what she desired to earn, but it was better than nothing. Months into the job, she met with some challenges. She however met people that pruned her, she got insider information as regards an area of her passion she had an intent to build into an empire in the future at a certain age . This information happened to be what she ordinarily could never have found on the internet . She got it from from some of her colleagues who were way older, but took a liking to her.

She later was transferred to another company, that did not pay that great and was such a very far commute. It was so long and strenuous but she took the offer. She met people that influenced her eating habit which resolved a lot of health issues she and some of her family members had been battling for years. A lot of her views were reshaped, she got to learn a lot. She not only learnt from the people God brought her way,but taught and impacted those she met.

She was transferred again, to another company where she met human beings that stepped on her last nerve. She learnt to manage people, tame her emotions, meet up with set out milestones before the assigned deadline, client relations beyond her regular work environment.

She finally got that huge paying job offer with a renowned multinational, spot on in line with the career goal. The big picture finally came together!

By the end of her first month at the new job, after orientation, training and settling in, right in her office she found herself reflecting on her journey. She sank in her chair and shed hot tears of gratitude! it dawned on her that God took her through all the unpleasant twists and turns, to prepare her for the "throne". He wanted her mistakes and errors to be minimized, even zeroed out. That is the God we serve!

I do not know if you have found yourself in this kind of predicament, or you are currently in something similar.

You are asking God questions like:

-What am i doing here?

-How did I get here?

-Why me?

-When is this going to end?

-When am I going to be where I am supposed to be?

-When am I going to see the light at the end of this tunnel?

God wants you to know he is preparing you!.

If you on the other hand have not stepped out of your comfort zone waiting for that big throne to arrive while doing nothing. Please get out of your comfort zone this year! Put in the effort! Let God guide you, Let him help you navigate your journey through life.

Life is in phases, receive God's grace to enjoy every phase, recognize every season, abide when he tells you to abide, move when he tells you to move .

At the end of the day your creator! knows your journey better than you do!

Isaiah 55:8-9 New King James Version (NKJV)

8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.
